Windows client dropping connection every few minutes

Hello all,

I am experiencing this very frustrating issue:

Every few minutes my desktop client's connection drops out and I get blue bars preventing me from doing searches and starting new albums (error code 4). This does not cause discontinuity of playback when listening to a que of tracks (due to buffering I assume) but basically every time I'd like to pick a different album or track, i need to wait 1 minute for it to regain connection. 

What I've done so far:

Reinstalled many times

Turned off the firewall and antivirus on the pc (and router)

Changed DNS servers

Cleared cache

Errors as on attached screenshot

Note: this is not a problem on my mobile clients.

Any fixes ?
