Windows desktop and Android phone

Hello,

Ok, I am new to Spotify so forgive me if I am posting in the wrong place.   If my family is home listening from the Windows desktop and I am at the gym listening from my Android, either I shut them down at home completely or they shut me down at the gym completely. So in other words, we both cant be listening to Spotify at the same time.  I just now tested it sitting here myself and it does not work.  Either I knock it off the desktop or it knocks it off my Android phone.  I tried putting them in the Off line mode as well.  Could someone please guide me to what can be done to resolve this issue?  I really would appreciate it.
