Wondering if it possible to add 'explicit' tag to local files.

I haven't found anything on this elsewhere on the site, but it would be nice if my local files looked more like my other tracks when I'm scrolling through my playlist and its weird that they can't have the explicit tag. Is there a way to add it?

thanks for posting !

As local files are files you've edited or had downloaded with the info they've got, the only way to change them into similar content in Spotify is to edit them yourself.

There are many apps which you can use.

You can search for any "Tag" app and perform any changes you wish in your local files names.

Spotify cannot change them or edit them as they are outsoureced through users.
