We’re excited to hear about your 2024 Wrapped experience.

Please use this thread to let us know how you're finding your 2024 Wrapped, share your feedback, and share any issues you may be experiencing.

You can find this year's Wrapped by tapping Home and selecting the Wrapped feed. This link should also take you to the experience when you open it on your mobile device. If you still don’t see it, please try the steps below:

• Log out and log back in.
• Clear the app's cache.
• Restart your device.
• Reinstall the app.
• Try a different mobile device.

We’ll be keeping an eye on this thread and reporting back to the right folks, as well as linking to any known issues which may arise.

Pretty disappointed to not have wrapped available on desktop. Can't be that hard to make it appear on all platforms.

I also can't find the "Your Wrapped AI Podcast" feature.

Looked it up there and neither solution works. Search doesn't produce anything and following the link leads to the generic Music in 2024 playlist.

My wrapped loaded up and everything this year. I really like the design and how it was put together, but I think some of my stats are inaccurate. Most of them are pretty close so I don't mind, but I think my minutes listened for the year are lower than they should be. I listen nearly all day during the work week, plus an hour commute both ways but my current stat would only work out to be about 4 hrs a day. I'm connected to wifi at work all day so those should at least count. I know offline listening may not. Is there a way I can sync that time when I'm back on wifi so those minutes count for next year? I'd also love a more accurate count for this year, but not sure if that's possible.

Last year, you guys brought Wrapped 2023 on the Web Version on the computer. A week ago I broke my phone and I was wondering if you guys could add this years Wrapped on the web version🙏🏽

The top song from my wrapped is very wrong. I know one of the other family members on my account listens to it a lot, but we all have our own logins so I’m really disappointed that this happened AGAIN this year. Been so excited for this for it to be glitched again

Hello!

I might have excluded a playlist out of my music taste profile and so I can't reach to any data about them neither on my Wrapped 2024 nor on any data app. I don't think there's anything that I can do about Wrapped but how do I find my data of the playlist(s) out of my music taste profile if that's possible?

One of my top songs is a song I’ve never heard before, and most of the songs from my top songs playlist I’ve never even heard of either

hi, so my Spotify rap this year couldn’t be farther from my music taste I’ve never been one to listen to country Morgan Wallen or Hardy, ( I’m literally gay)  which were two of my top artists I’ve genuinely never heard in my life and cannot name you a song by them! all of my songs were listen to this year. I literally have no idea where they came from because I’ve never heard them in my life. I’m very confused where the state came from and I’d like a little more insight because is there someone using my account or when I go to sleep, do I turn into a country bumpkin. Disappointed

How do I see my Wrapped 2024 on a web browser, when I look it up all I find is a playlist not the actual Wrapped.

I am unable to see my genre analytics. I thought I had something to do with my region or plan, but I know people in the same country as me that are also on the free plan and were able to view it. Why is it not available for everyone this year?

thats how mine was too… it said i only had 18k minutes when i listen to around 2k per week according to other music tracking apps i use. All of my top songs are wrong as well.

So I have found my Spotify wrapped to be wrong. I believe my top two artists should be switched. I tired two different Spotify stats apps and they both said the same. I listened to the second artist year round and a large variety of their songs. The first artist was on a bit of a hiatus from my roster for the last little while. I’m very confused and don’t think it’s accurate. A little bummed with how the results came out.

yep, same problem here. I know for 100% that I should have way more minutes listened then I have now. and weird thing is, it's exactly 79,000 minutes. although every number has the same chance, this just seems like a default number and not anywhere close to what I should have. also, the wrapped stories are just images for me, no videos. no clue what's going on but it seems like spotify really messed up

YEAAAAAHHH no it just sends you to a qr code that makes you use the mobile app
which can be extremely inconvenient for people who like, cant see much. the images for wrapped on mobile have 0 scalability, and can even cut off some of the stuff on it alot of the time
its horrible for accessibility. dunno why you had to get rid of a feature that was working perfectly for the past few years.

I am missing my wrapped story slide showing the top podcasts. I have listened to hours of podcasts this year so I know that the issue is not with having insufficient data. I tried talking to support and nobody was able to help, and just kept on sending me the link for the AI podcast, which is not what I was asking for.
