Please use this thread to let us know how you're finding your 2024 Wrapped, share your feedback, and share any issues you may be experiencing.

You can find this year's Wrapped by tapping Home and selecting the Wrapped feed. This link should also take you to the experience when you open it on your mobile device. If you still don’t see it, please try the steps below:

• Log out and log back in.
• Clear the app's cache.
• Restart your device.
• Reinstall the app.
• Try a different mobile device.

We’ll be keeping an eye on this thread and reporting back to the right folks, as well as linking to any known issues which may arise.

YEAAAAAHHH no it just sends you to a qr code that makes you use the mobile app
which can be extremely inconvenient for people who like, cant see much. the images for wrapped on mobile have 0 scalability, and can even cut off some of the stuff on it alot of the time
its horrible for accessibility. dunno why you had to get rid of a feature that was working perfectly for the past few years.

I am missing my wrapped story slide showing the top podcasts. I have listened to hours of podcasts this year so I know that the issue is not with having insufficient data. I tried talking to support and nobody was able to help, and just kept on sending me the link for the AI podcast, which is not what I was asking for.

Hey, whenever I try to see my friends spotify warpped 2024 with thier link it just opens up my spotify app and plays mine and if open it via browser it simply shows to open app to get started with my spotify warpped? Nobody able to see others warpped with thier links what's going on?

they've used ai to suggest what out tastes should be in line with 'trends, rather than reporting our actual tastes I think - the article explaining the wriapped process implies this certainly

Yeah I've listened to way more of NADDPOD this year than I did music and I was excited to see how much time i've put in. such a bummer

One of my top artists is a duo, but each of those artists has their own material. I don't listen to their separate catalogs, but they each take up a slot in my top 5 list, in addition to them as duo. This has happened every year and it's annoying to not know who my actual #4 and #5 most played artists are.

my spotify wrapped is messed up and I would like it redone. I pay for spotify premium and my #1 song is a song I have listened to maybe twice and my second song i listened to probably over a thousand. I want to be able to post my spotify wrapped but i can’t until it is fixed. PLEASE REDO MY SPOTIFY WRAPPED

I am really unhappy with my wrapped as I know that the artists are incorrect same as for some of the songs. Normally its pretty oké now I really am not recognizing it. So sad.

mine isn’t completely wrong and i’ve definitely listened to all of the songs and artists, but some that i spent ages listening to are not even mentioned or barely feature in the ‘top songs’ playlist? feels inaccurate for me too but not totally wrong

Duo Premium account, I am listed as the account manager and my Wrapped is showing artists I've literally never heard of and songs I've literally never listened to. I have checked with the other person and theirs is correct—and it is NOT the same as what I am being shown

Hi! Like other users, I can’t find the "Your Music Evolution 2024" section on my Spotify Wrapped. As you can see in the photo, I only have 9 slides, which include only the artists and songs.

Based on the FAQ, it’s probably because I didn’t meet the criteria, which I highly doubt. That’s why I’d like to know what these criteria are that I seemingly failed to meet.

Halfway through my Spotify wrapped it listed my top five favorite artists as artists I’ve never heard of before in my life. my top five songs are all songs I’ve listened to a lot but not the top fiveartists. I don’t think I’ve been hacked. Is there some glitch in the matrix

I have wrapped for four years and this is the first time I can’t see my data. I see only the global wrapped, but not mine.
