Please use this thread to let us know how you're finding your 2024 Wrapped, share your feedback, and share any issues you may be experiencing.

You can find this year's Wrapped by tapping Home and selecting the Wrapped feed. This link should also take you to the experience when you open it on your mobile device. If you still don’t see it, please try the steps below:

• Log out and log back in.
• Clear the app's cache.
• Restart your device.
• Reinstall the app.
• Try a different mobile device.

We’ll be keeping an eye on this thread and reporting back to the right folks, as well as linking to any known issues which may arise.

I guess my account was hacked at some point because I song I have never listened to by an artist I have never heard of in a language I don’t speak was apparently streamed over 200 times and wound up in my wrapped

Hello, I think I got the wrong song for my Top 5, not sure why Birds of a Feather is there when I've only listened to it at most 3 times 😐

I love Spotify wrapped except this year. I wish there was an option to keep certain Genres out of it. I use a lot of hz And meditation music while sleeping and obviously that counts for a lot of plays. I want my actual music/artists as my wrapped not my white noise from night. The same goes for the DJ- I don’t want to hear that at certain times. An exclude this from dj suggestions and wrapped would be great. I didn’t need to know I used a mindfulness hz 121 times. My usual #1 artist is #3 because of this. I look forward to wrapped but was really disappointed this year.

I know for a fact mine is wrong, down to top listens and all. Not only that but for the third year in a row I only listened to Spotify for 55000 minutes, I get to work with headphones after a 30min commute with Spotify on then proceed to listen to music for at a minimum of 8 hours a day. I even quit using YouTube on my PC this last year for music at home to get an even more accurate wrapped so there's no shot I only listened to Spotify for only 55000 minutes. The last 6 months I didn't listen to a single $B song yet somehow they still got #1 and other artists I had on repeat daily weren't even near my top 100? So inaccurate, I'm just cancelling my premium sub after 7 years faithfully to switch over to yt. What a shame...

My wrapped artist of this year don't match's with the time machine that's available on the app, I listened to all Katy Perry's music and she's even mentioned on my wrapped. Not a metion on my top five artist's and even mention on my top 5 music's of the year. I don't think that's correct.....

My Spotify wrapped does not have the podcast lineup like everyone else’s even though I listen to podcasts on the app frequently.

Same here. On stats.fm, i accidentally left a song on loop for 840 minutes and now wrapped says its my top song over 4 others with 1,500+ minutes. My 10th favorite artist also made top 5. kinda sad tbh

Wrapped was very disappointing this year. Genres weren't covered, and the closest we got to that were clunky AI generated phases. I found some of what it says about my "phases" offensive if I'm being honest. No top genres, not even a top genres on the final card... What's up with that? It also didn't include artist locations, I liked seeing where the artists I listen to are from around the world. We lost a lot and gained nothing. It's a real shame.

Sou ouvinte de Podcasts tem mais de três anos e simplesmente o Spotify não faz a retrospectiva dos meus Podcasts mais ouvidos no ano. Eu nunca sequer tive uma retrospectiva. Gostaria que isso fosse resolvido.

My Spotify Wrapped told me I had 31.692 minutes, which couldn't be true since I have listened into much more music on Spotify. required.

My number one song is a song and artist I have never heard of before. It is not a genre of music I even particularly care for. No one else has access to my account, and the song has never played.
