Please use this thread to let us know how you're finding your 2024 Wrapped, share your feedback, and share any issues you may be experiencing.

You can find this year's Wrapped by tapping Home and selecting the Wrapped feed. This link should also take you to the experience when you open it on your mobile device. If you still don’t see it, please try the steps below:

• Log out and log back in.
• Clear the app's cache.
• Restart your device.
• Reinstall the app.
• Try a different mobile device.

No matter what I do wrapped isn’t there. Updates and everything. I am within a place that provides wrapped so why isn’t it there?

This year's wrapped was really disappointing ....

The location of other listeners like me was one of the things I was looking forward to the most.

Last year's felt much more personalized and accurate.

My top song is something I've never listened to - it's says I've streamed it 618 times since mid October.  My Daylist has been built around it one or two days a week since then, and I never understood, but it seems to be all tied together? I don't understand how it's in my algorithm at all

Based on a reply from a Spotify moderator in this community earlier this year, songs with multiple artists listed will count streams for both/all artists. Sturgill Simpson created an alter ego named Johnny Blue Skies (JBS) this year and released an album with the artists listed as JBS, Sturgill Simpson on every song. The only JBS songs in existence also are Sturgill songs. I also listened to plenty of other older Sturgill songs, which obviously do not have JBS as an artist. Yet my wrapped shows JBS ahead of Sturgill, which is impossible, as again, the only JBS songs in existence have Sturgill listed as an artist as well. Did the algorithm change, and it only counts the first artist listed now? Or is it completely broken, as it appears many others are having similar issues?

Why is the second favorite artist Toby Fox, after listening to it about a few times and other artists much more? those songs are probably correct but why Toby Fox.

I’m the same way… I know I listened way more than 53,000 minutes (rounding on that) when I spent my whole summer working outside with earbuds in 7 hours a day. Not to mention, 9 times out of 10, you’ll catch me with earbuds in. It should be higher. Spotify needs to redo the wrapped for 2023

Some artist named "Bethesda" is my top 3 artist. Never heard of them and can't find them in any playlists, not even in the "Your Top Songs 2024". Makes me assume some other data is also incorrect.

Taylor swift is my 2nd most played artist but she is blocked on my Spotify and has been for a very long time. My wrapped it wrong!!!

my spotify wrapped doesn’t show the normal videos, just a picture with some information, and I don’t get the rest of the info that the video provides.

I‘m from Germany too and i have the Family Abo. My Dad has Podcast included but it doesn’t show for me. It so sad

I agree! The time I spent listening should be higher, the top 5 songs are wrong, and my top 5 artists are wrong. I’ve checked other Spotify stats apps and they all tell me the same thing. Seeing like Spotify dropped the ball.

The Spotify Wrapped summary shows that my top five most-played songs are tracks I listened to primarily in the first month and later removed from my playlist. I’d appreciate it if this could be adjusted to better reflect my listening habits throughout the year.
