add hide song option on spotify pc

This button is available in spotify android but I can't hide song in spotify windows

Thanks for getting in touch about this here in the Community. We moved your post from the Ideas board to the relevant Help board, where it fits better.

You should be able to find this option in the desktop app as well when hovering over the song in your Release Radar or Discover weekly.

If you can't see this option, could you send us a screenshot of what you're seeing on your end? You can attach it to your next response by using the Insert image option in the post editor. Make sure not to send any private info.

If that's not what you meant, feel free to submit your idea again making sure you include as many details as you can.

Just to confirm, is the Hide button missing on both of those playlists? Meaning on both Release Radar and Discover Weekly. 

Should that be the case, would you mind clearing saved cache from the app to see if it makes any difference? We also recommend checking for updates for the app by following the steps here.

If it still doesn't appear, could you let us know what device & OS version you're using, along with the Spotify version?

Why are the hide buttons only available in these two playlists? Isn't it possible to implement the function into other playlists also?

This button is available in those playlists as they're the only playlists made for you aimed to Discover New Music. In this case, if you want the button to be added to all sections of the app, we'd recommend showing your support for this idea (currently set as "Good Idea, Vote For It") by adding your vote to it using the Thumbs-up button.

If you think your idea is different from the mentioned one, you can also submit your idea again including as many details as you can so it can be voted on and reach the relevant teams to be taken into account.

I have the same problem. Why is there no solution offered?

Its really annoying.

Reinstalling the app did not help.
