all songs are greyed, logoless and unplayable

My Question or Issue

on one device (powerful, win10, etc) Spotify is normal. on absolutely everything else every single song that I can get to is greyed. most songs don't show up, like liked songs. the worst computer has a working Spotify, the good things don't. the web player works but im not using that cos Spotify cant fix a bug, this is not due to country restrictions as all these songs weren't restricted on the **bleep** pc but on everything else everything is greyed.

nope. doesn't work. reinstalled around 5-10 times.
