automute on sound mixer

so after i pause a song 1 min later on my mixer it automutes it self and you cant unmute it and it really is annoying

I need a little bit more information on this. 🙂

Is this mixer a software or a hardware device? Also, what soundcard are you using?

Right now I'd suggest reinstalling Spotify, and if that didn't help, then please tell me your Spotify version as well (Windows Store client or standalone).
