can't reinstall spotify

Hello,

i can't reinstall spotify when i click to uninstall window pop out with message, spotify has stopped working.

I have problem, i don't get any new music in my discoveries i am not in offline mode or private session so i am trying reinstall spotify, even i just installed it, so i don't think that will help but whatever.

Try doing the following:

*On the Start menu, enter Control Panel in the search box and select Control Panel from the results.

*Select Programs > Programs and Features, and then select the program.

*To fix the program, select Repair or, if that’s not available, Change or uninstall.

*Follow the directions on the screen.

Hello @empleat,

There are a few things you can try. First open task manager and make sure Spotify is not running in the background and then try unistalling. If you get the same issue try and delete the cache and all files from Spotify. You can do so by going to Files>OS (C:)> Users> (Your User)> AppData> Local > Spotify and then go and delete each of the folders. Then try to unistall. Let me know if this works. Hope this helps.

No it doesn't work, i closed even spotifywebhelper in processes and delete all files in spotify folder and same problem.
