Hey @drewdiepie9o9,

Thanks for posting in the Community.

Could you elaborate more on what exactly you are experiencing?

Are you trying to sync local files between devices? This feature had a rework recently and currently it works a little different than before. You can check this page for further information.

Keep us posted,

Cheers!

I literally can not play anything that hasn't been saved to some kind of playlist. If I click on an artist's discography and try to play something, nothing happens. The play, rew and ffwd buttons are all greyed out. If I go to Release Radar and click on a new album, the only track that will play is the one that is listed on the release radar playlist.

Literally nothing will play unless it's saved to a playlist first. No exceptions. Local files have nothing to do with this. Podcasts don't play either. Nothing on the desktop app works aside from playlists.

Hey @drewdiepie9o9,

Thanks for the reply.

This is indeed an odd behavior. Could you try starting the app as an administrator and in Windows 10 compatibility mode?

How does the app behave in the Safe Mode of Windows?

Are you using the Microsoft Store version of the app or the one from the Spotify site?

Keep us posted,

Cheers!
