Hey there @user-removed,

Thanks for reaching out here in the Community. We moved your post from the Chat section to the help boards as its content fits better here.

Would you mind letting us know if this issue is only happening with the app or if you've noticed this in the web player as well?

We'd also recommend performing a clean reinstall of the app in case you haven't. This is often an overlooked step, but it can help remove any cache that might be causing trouble.

Keep us posted on how it goes.

Hay @Novy I've actually done those things and it doesn't work at all. when I try to login with google or fasebook. and another thing is that when I try to login with my username and password it shows up the orth:15 code. I tryed changing the firewall settings on windows but it doesn't work at all. I hope you'll understand this.

Hi there @user-removed,

Thank you for your reply and for trying out the suggested troubleshooting.

Can you have someone log in with their account on your device - such as a friend or a family member to see if the issue persists?

Let us know how it goes 🙂

Have a great Friday and start of your weekend!
