fullscreen button not showing

the fullscreen button next to the miniplayer button doesn't appear. but on the spotify web the button appears

For the ones who are here about lyrics missing in the new Fullscreen mode, I opened a post about it here so Spotify brings the feature back.

Full screen lyrics needs to be put back, I know I'm not the only one that wants this feature returned...it is literally the only way Spotify ever sits on my second monitor 😩

Has this been removed again? I feel like I'm going crazy, it was there yesterday, and gone today! I've tried rolling back to previous versions but it's like it never existed, despite using it yesterday! Please answer so I know I'm not going crazy!

I was actually so excited to see that the new feature allowed a "full screen" type experience when the app was in a window, and did not take the entire monitor. Then it just disappears again!! Why because people complained? 
Can we have the option to toggle between the two feature sets please!!

Yep, agree. I much preferred the new full screen mode. At least leave the option to toggle or switch between the two!

um.... ok, now it is back... what is going on here guys? 
I am happy that it's back, but why is it coming and going? 
Is there something that we are doing that enables this feature? Im not seeing app updates as the function changes.

The album cover doesn't even show up on my screen anymore.

A few weeks ago I could see the lyrics properly on my desktop. Y could see them full screen, just the lyrics and with a readable sized font. I tried it again yesterday and the button to make lyrics full screen has disappeared and the font is much much smaller.

On my phone works fine, but on both my computers I have the same issue. Any solution?

Yes it’s like they brought back the old view and it’s gone again now, it’s so frustrating! Bring back the old aesthetic view with the artist imagery in the background! Arghhhh!
