Hey, @Askanov,

To access the "full screen" mode using the desktop application you just have to press the button in the lower right corner.

Here I show you a capture of the location of the full screen button:

I hope I've helped. 😉

Ahh thanks. I was trying to access fullscree mode by clicking cover or title. Is there a keybinding for it ?

Hey @Askanov ,

I'm afraid there is no shortcut for fullscreen mode as of yet.

By the way, you can find all shortcuts in the desktop app in the upper left corner! 🙂

Happy listening!

Felix

I don't have it 😞

Hey @Ardadurmaz

The full screen mode is a Premium feature. Looking at your screenshot you're on Free. 🙂

Hey there @Levster_woo,

Thank you for your post in this thread. We're happy to help.

Can you perform a clean reinstall of the app? This step will clean the cache and corrupted files from previous installations that can cause issues.

If that doesn't do the trick - can you let us know which version of the app you have?

We'll keep an eye out for your reply 🙂

Cheers!

Live, love, laugh and listen to music 🙂

Hello,

Unfortunately, this didn't help.

My sportify app version is 1.1.46.916.g416cacf1-a (at least i assume that this is the version)

Hey @Levster_woo,

Thanks for trying it out.

Could you send us a screenshot where the whole interface of the app is visible, as displayed at your end? We'd also appreciate it if you share the make, model and OS version of the device you're using.

Keep us posted, we'll be on the lookout for your reply.

Hey @Levster_woo,

Thanks for getting back to us with that info.

Could you log in with another account, such as that of a friend or family members and see if the button is available there? it would also help us troubleshoot if you could log in on another desktop device as well. if that's an option please share its make, model and OS version as well.

We'd love to investigate this further!

Hello,

I've logged into the website version of spotify on this pc, here as well the button did not appear. Neither did it work on my laptop. Unfortunately I can't log into a friend's account.

The OS for my laptop:

Windows 10 home

CPU: Intel i5-9300H

GPU: NVIDIA GTX 1650

RAM: 16 GB

Hey @Levster_woo,

Thanks for the reply.

Keep in mind that the web-player doesn't have a built in fullscreen mode. You can instead use the one of your browser, in most cases that's F11.

Does the button appear in the app version that gets installed on your PC?

Looking forward to your reply.

Hello

It does not appear in the desktop app on my laptop either. I recall having this feature in the past, but for some reason it disappeared for me

Hey @Levster_woo,

Thanks for the clarification.

It seems that your account has switched up to the New Desktop Experience, where the fullscreen mode is not supported. We recommend that you have a look in this thread where the discussion about the new design is taking place. You can leave a comment with your feedback there and we'll make sure that it reaches the developer team.

Hope this shines a bit of light on the matter. We'll be here if you have any other questions.

Hello
Will it ever be included in this new version?
