how to synchronize to all radio/album?

I think it is annoying when I dislike a song from radio, it appears another radio channel again.

Does anyone have idea how to dislike or disallow a song appears anywhere?

Unfortunately that is not possible at the moment. But if you want, you can vote for this idea in the idea board. The more votes it has, better the chance for Spotify to implement it in the futre.
