how to unfollow myself?

for some reason today, i gained myself as a follower and i can see my own activity status. also, the button where it allows me to unfollow people isn't there for myself. how do i fix this issue?

Thanks for reaching out to the Community!

On desktop, try heading to Following > right-clicking on your profile > Unfollow. On mobile, go to your Profile > Following > tap on on the check mark next to your profile picture and name.
