im using the desktop ap but cant add songs to a playlist that the link was shared with me

Can you let us know if you're seeing your profile picture in the list of Collaborators? it should be located just under the playlist title on Desktop.

Have same Issue. I can easily add from android app and can't from pc app and browser to friend's PL

Thanks for the reply. For your case specifically, it appears you are opening the playlist in a Web Player, which does not support collaborative playlists yet. That's why that doesn't work. If you face issues elsewhere, try unfollowing the playlist and asking the owner to invite you again.

Same issue here. Collaborator can't actually edit when using Spotify in Browser (Google Chrome). Currently not able to test if it would work in the app
