music stops at 10 seconds

I try to play any music and it stops after 10 seconds, despite the bar is still running, but no sound. I reinstalled app several times and same happening.

Can you let me know which device or devices this is happening on? Also, can you try logging in with a different account on your device to see if you're getting the same behavior? I'd also recommend having a clean reinstall of the app. This is different than a regular reinstall and can help remove old cache that can be causing trouble.
