my music keeps pausing for no apparent reason

every time i try to put on some music and alt tab to do whatever, the music keeps pausing by itself every few seconds. i thought it was a temporary thing for a little while but it's still the same and i cannot listen to music properly, both from the downloaded ver. and from web on my pc, and even if the app on my phone is closed.

Thanks for reaching out. Does anything appear under Connect when this happens? Do you have any media keys on your keyboard that might be interacting with Spotify? Consider also performing a clean reinstall, that can help with a lot of different issues.

i've been using the student premium plan for almost a year, i use the app mostly on my laptop and i connect the account on multiple devices. And there is something strage happening when i'm using the app, it's suddenly paused, when i play it again it paused again, when i check the other devices it's not opening the app. is my spotify broken or is it my laptop😥
