no sound on Windows

Hi everybody,

I have the Problem that since few weeks i have no sound on Windows 10. I use the desktop app of germany and the free version of Spotify. I done everything. I installed it new, restart the Laptop from Lenovo etc. I does not have any clue what i can do. My sound system of the Laptop is not the problem, because in other applications like Teams i have sound. I hope this is enough information for you. Thank you.
