My Question or Issue
Is there a way to play part of a long, public playlist?
I'm a new Spotify user, so there may be something obvious that I'm missing. In this case there is a public list (if that is the correct description) of all Mozart string quartets. I would like to play a single quartet, so select tracks 5,6,7,8.
thx,

@Arikabeth wrote:You can select multiple songs from a playlist by holding the Ctrl key and clicking on each song. If you want to add multiple songs which appear in a row in the playlist, you can Ctrl+click on the first of the songs in the row, then click on the last of the songs in the row in order to select also select all the songs between the two songs. When you have selected all the songs you wish to add to a queue, right click on any of the selected songs, and click add to queue.
Thanks - I see that now. I don't use the Windows app (if that was the only way to access Spotify I would have already ended my trial sub) and instead use the web player, I hadn't seen this. I guess I can use the Windows app long enough to set up a few playlists.
thx for you help.

Hey @mh-classical,
Thanks for reaching out and welcome to the Community.
There are a couple of ways you can go about this. One is to add the selected tracks to your queue. Another would be to add them to a personal playlists and play it instead. You can learn how to create one here.
Hope this helps. Keep us posted if you have any questions.
