My Question or Issue

Hello - when playing songs in Liked Songs, despite being sorted by artist, the songs always play in order of date added.  This doesn't seem to happen in playlists or on an album's page, only in Liked Songs. Is there any fix for this? I have a premium account, using on Dell Windows 10 machine. Thanks!

We recommend logging out, restarting your device, and logging back in. If that doesn't do the trick, running a clean reinstall of the app can help to get rid of any cached files that might be causing trouble. You just need to follow these steps.

 

If the issue persists afterward, can you send us some screenshots or a screen recording of your Liked Songs playlist where we can see what's going on? This will help us to further investigate.
