"Song is not availible"

Every time I try to play a song on spotify, the same message always appears at the top of the screen and hilighted in blue: "This song is not availible. If you have the file on your computer you can import it." 

Any song that I try to play on my desktop (Windows 10) does not work and the same message appears. Also, if I try to play any playlist, the songs do not play but just start skipping through without playing any music at all. Even in playlists that I have previously downloaded, this still happens.
