Hi!

I have spotify premium, and installed spotify on my windows 10 computer. I have spotify on other units also and it works flawlessly. Now on win 10 computer, whenever I chose a song it says: "This song is not available. If you have the file on your computer you can import it." 

It plays perfect on my Iphone, and I've seen others have the same issue. I've tried the suggestions they got, with no success and now I'm getting pretty disturbed about this, since I pay money, then it should work. So please help me what to do to get this work.

have you checked if there is still a driver.

If it's the driver, ask a computer scientist to install a driver.

Ahhh!

Checked the units and I had one warning on the soundcard driver. Must have missed. Installed a sounddriver and now spotify works. A bit strange though, anyway it works again. Hope it continues that way. Many thanks for the driver suggestion, and best regards to you all!
