Can't save to a playlist

When I right click on a song and choose add to playlist, it does not display all of my lists. In fact, it shows only a handful. Thus, I end up having to save it on my iphone. What am I doing wrong on the desktop?

Hello @shekala and welcome to the community,

When you right click a song title, you see a pop up window opening with a list of playlists. If you have many playlists, maybe you have to scroll inside the pop up to reach the other playlists. And if you have folders, you need to click the right arrow next to a folder name to open it and reach playlists inside.

Another faster way to insert songs in a playlist is :

1 - Maintain a left click on the song title.

2 - Drag the song over the playlist title in the left column (playlist library)

3 - Wait to get a vertical green bar in front the playlist title and the playlist is opening in the main frame. (see option below)

4 - Drop the song.

5 - The song is now at the bottom of your playlist.

6 - Option : drop the song at the position you want in the playlist : Once the playlist is opened (step 3), keep maintaining your left click, move the cursor over the main playlist and drop the song at the position you want in the playlist.

Hi @shekala it also sounds like you could have two accounts--and you're logged into the wrong one on your desktop.
