"Your Library">"Songs" Does not download, and has no option to download.

Hello, 

I've recently returned my PC to factory setting and re-downloaded the Spotify app. Now under "Your library" > "Songs" (which is where songs go you've 'added' with the + button live), no longer downloads to my PC for offline play and does not have the 'green toggle' option to select whether to download or not. I can confirm I have have plenty of disk space. Does this mean I will have to add all these songs to a playlist to download? If so, why have they removed this feature, it seems pointless adding these extra steps from before.
