settings are gone

So I just joined Spotify today, and I found my favorite songs, but they are a different version. I wanted my favorite version and could not find it.

Everyone is talking about a settings area to import 'local files' but I cant find these settings. After looking through some posts I saw that people were complaining about no settings anymore.

So how do I get my 'local files' now?

Also, im on a chromebook so I can't download the app.
