Full screen cropped

I use windows 10, with 2 monitors, one vertical and one horizontal

when using spotify on the vertical monitor, sometimes it does full screen, other times it's cropped vertically

I tried to set the veritcal one and the horizontal one as my primary screen, but the problem persists, occuring randomly

Even if i dont use the maximize button, but to drag the spotify window's edges down, doesn't help

Looks like it have taken the horizontal monitor's height as the maximum height.

Closing and restarting spotify doesn't help.
