spotify causing black screen

everytime i open spotify on pc (win 10) it black screens even in the browser! i dont know what to do i have unistalled spotify a lot of times i even did a format on my pc thinking it would fix it 
it didnt... 
any ideas on a solutions?

Just to confirm, does the entire screen go black? Do you have multiple monitors connected via USB-C ? If so, this thread goes in-depth on the topic, I'd recommend checking it out and trying the proposed solutions.

In case you meant that the window just isn't loading properly, make sure that Spotify isn't being restricted by your Firewall settings. Something else that's worth checking is if the hosts file on your PC contains any entries with 'Spotify' in the address and removing them. You'll find the steps in this article.

I can't open my spotify desktop app at all when ever i try opening it all i see is a black screen and the screen dies not budge at all i have Tired everything end task terminate repair and reset stilll  my app won't start at all , it wont unistall either
