spotify desktop not playing music

Spotify on desktop is not playing any music at all- nothing works to make music play. On iphone, spotify cuts out frequently.

Could you let us know what exactly happens when you try listening to your content on the desktop app? Are you getting any error messages? Also, could you check if the same happens on the web player?

On another note, would you mind giving a different internet connection a go to see if the same happens? You can try creating a hotspot on your phone and using that.
