todas las veces que inico spotify en mi windows 10 aparece el programa en **bleep**

hola tengo este problema desde el año pasado ya y hasta ahora nunca e encontrado una solución, todas las veces que prendo el pc e inicio el spotify me sale en **bleep** y o tengo que esperar 1 hora para que se muestre todo o tengo que abrir y cerrar demasiadas veces alguna solución por favor? tengo premium y asi siento que pago por algo que no le dan importancia y que lo dejan a su suerte porque la verdad spotify en los celulares también anda mal y el spotify lite tiene sus limitaciones
