My Question or Issue

Hey,

 

I've looked around the help boards but I haven't found a solution that has worked for me. I've followed all the steps to adding friends to my feed, including connecting my Facebook account but still no luck. My friend that I'm to add can see me on their activity fine; but I cannot see them on my activity. I've already tried updating my Windows, reinstalling the app, logging in and out and disconnecting and reconnecting my Facebook to my spotify. 

 

Any help is appreciated.

This is an issue which we're aware of, but we don't currently have an exact time frame for a fix.

Make sure to follow all the steps in this Spotify Answer and should the issue persist, we'd recommend you check out this thread for any updates on our progress.

The same thing since yesterday for me. Windows 10.

Same thing happens since yesterday. I've tried all the instructions that support team gave but there is no change. At last, they could not give any advice and said that I should wait. 

The same thing since yesterday's Spotify update for me:(  I'm using desktop version on Windows 10.

We appreciate your feedback on this and will make sure that your voice will be heard.

 

We can confirm that the right team is aware of the issue, however, we're not able to provide an exact timeline for a fix. For now we'd recommend always keeping the Spotify app up to date to ensure they're on the latest version.

 

You can also add your +VOTE to this ongoing issue thread. This will give us a better idea of how many user are affected by the issue.
