very slow

everytime i open up spotify on my pc it is very slow to open it took me over 5mins.. after 5 mins i can allowed  to play some music about 7 time then it frezzing up i have to closed it every time... so annoying.....

Start off by running a clean reinstall of the Spotify app on your PC. This will get you the latest app version with all necessary updates. 

If you see no difference after the clean reinstall, check the hosts file on your PC for entries that need to be removed. Follow the steps described here on how you can do that.
