why are songs stopping half way through?

I'm streaming via the web on Firefox on Windows 10. Starting today most songs are getting cut off part way through (could be at the front, middle, or end) and the next song starts playing. I heard it happen very occasionally before but now its constant.

Could you try to log out > restart your computer > log back in to see if that makes any difference for you?

It's also a good idea to check for a pending update on your browser. Click on the menu button > select Help > About Firefox. Firefox will check for updates automatically and if an update is available, it will be downloaded.  Keep in mind that it's important to relaunch your browser if the update is installed, even better - restart your computer.

On another note, if a friend or a family member has a Spotify account - it'll be great to ask them to log in on your computer and test if they'll experience the same.
