why is there an add playing on the bottom of my spotify about Tyson that wont go away?

i am listening to music and there are adds right abouve the simple toolbar at the bottom. one of the adds has a video, that you can delete or pause, but that wont last for long and it will start playing again. Why is it so hard to figure out a way to email Spotify and get some personal service instead of asking the community. not saying that this is the community's fault, but the only answer i think i am going to get is "get premium" which is lutacris, and means its masically useless to even use spotify, might as well go back to pandora
