Desktop Overlay on track change

I recently upgraded to Windows 10 and was pleasantly surprised to find that there was an Overlay when I used the media keys. I used to install a third-party app for this functionality, but that became unmaintained.

I would like to request two enhancements:

1. An option to have the Overlay pop up on a track change. I frequently listen to Discover playlists and would like to see the name and the artist when the track changes.
2. An option to not display the Overlay when the screensaver is active: I don't need my colleagues knowing what I'm listening to when I'm away from my desk.
