why wont my music play on my mp player? I've down loaded on my computer

I have down loaded my play list and they both see the files but will not play.

You should download the music on the other device that you wanna play. Im really not sure what you are meaning by mp player but if you search it on the net probably youll find a way to download it! Sometimes it must be a special way that the spotify app wants, (like in the ios way) so searching it makes it clear!
