window scaling issue on awkward resolution

window scaling issue on awkward resolution

Hi Spoitfy Team!

This happened when I maximized Spotify.
The below screenshot is from a 2048x1152 resolution screen, made with the built-in windows snipping tool using the window snip mode. The only modification I made to the image are my magical orange privacy rectangles.

The bottom and right edges are cut off.

Two things to note:
    - The black/white break at the left edge is due to my display arrangement. unrelated to this issue

    - The area where my background is visible still "belongs to" Spotify, it's just transparent. Controls still work if I click them in this "transparent area". If a window is behind this "transparent area" I cannot affect it.

And finally some numbers:
Windows version: Version 10.0.15063 Build 15063

Spotify version: 1.0.56.451.gb2f539fc

I am a Spotify Premium user

Thank you and Best regards,

Tetcow

I've run into the same issue when moving the window from a landscape oriented screen to a portrait oriented screen, and vice versa. Only way to remedy it seems to be to close and reopen spotify, but the problem reappears as soon as you move it back again.
