.99¢ trial period is charging normal price

.99¢ trial period is charging normal price

I signed up for the .99¢ for three months trial period. I was charged 99¢ for my first month but now my account is telling me that I'll be charged the normal $9.99 for my second month. Any ideas as to why it's doing this before the trial period should be over or ideas on how to fix it?

HI Kayla, you'll most likely want to contact support to get your subscription details sorted out. If you get an automated message go ahead and reply to it, even if it's from a no-reply address. Support usually takes 24-48 hours to respond. Best of luck!
