I renewed my spotify account and it said it would only charge me 12.99 for the renewel and then go back to $9.99 afterwards, but still after like 3 months it still keeps charging me 12.99 plus tax it comes out to being 14.14, is there anyway I can make it go back to 9.99?

Hi @karla0516. That $12.99 charge makes it sound like you're actually subscribed through Apple which is why you're paying $12.99 instead of $9.99. To manage your Apple subscription you can follow the directions here. Once that has been canceled you can look to resubscribe here through Spotify directly.
