Problemi con Premium

Pensavo di aver disdetto l'abbonamento premiun con Spotify, ma proprio poche ore fa ho visto che si è rinnovato in automatico prelevandomi dalla paypal i dieci euro dell'abbonamento.

 

E' possibile avere il rimborso di questi dieci euro visto che ho annulato l'abbonamento oggi, pochi minuti dopo il rinnovo automatico?
