Enable Scrolling Through Playlists with Drag and Drop

Currently ordering a playlist with a custom order is pretty difficult. Dragging and dropping songs at just the right mouse position so it'll scroll up the playlist at the fastest speed, and still waiting 30 seconds to get to the middle or the top of a playlist.

Enabling scrolling when dragging and dropping a song would provide users with an easy and powerful way to quickly drag and drop songs in a playlist using the mouse. Nice and simple 🙂
