Add Equalizer in Spotify

For ipod touch there is a huge need for eq because Spotify bypasses the regular Apple Sound Settings.

I use high end headphones but need to be able to fintune the settings so I can enjoy my music and tech equally.

So please, please make an EQ for the spotify app

Please add an equalizer to the Spotify for Mac application. This should be easy to implement. I just need that "Rock" EQ preset.

I'm surprised by how long it takes Spotify to react to so many long standing client requests about having an equalizer / sound enhancer for the desktop version. I'm not an expert, but can't be that complicated as they already had it before... What a shame...

Just weighing in, it would be really nice to be able to fine tune my music. I feel playing it through Spotify doesn't fully uses what my headphones are capable of.

Please -- make adding an equalizer to the desktop/laptop version of Spotify a PRIORITY.  Have just updated to premium and can't stand the prominent bass!  And now I can 't get back to the previous version of Spotify where this was not a problem.  Will need to let go of premium if this issue is not addressed.

For example, i'm using a lot of different speaker systems to listen music. I'd be really happy to have an equalizer, so i could customize it according to each speaker system. Is it really that hard of an addon to develop? An equalizer shouldn't be something you add later, it should be in every music listening app BY DEFAULT!

Why on Earth is spotify on desktop's sound so bass heavy. Its ridiculous and headphone damaging. Spotify please add a graphic equalizer . Its pretty shocking how long it has taken to add such a simple feature. We even had equalizers in the 1980's so more than 35 years later and it's still not a standard feature!

Yes, we need equalizer. For Windows too! There's an Equalify, but it isn't for the new versions.

The equalizer in the iOS app is a great step, but it is buried in the menus. In the midst of playback, one needs to go all the way back to settings, then playback, then equalizer .... it can be like six taps.....can the equalizer be available (i.e., one touch away) from the playback screen?
