[Android] Rearrange Tracks inside a Playlist

On my iPod I can manually move my songs around that are in my playlist, but I can't do the same on my phone which is what I mostly use. It would be easier to have that option on all devices.

@aramando Version 1.0.4 should be live as soon as google play approves it. I think that shuld fix the lag issue completely.

@grbsoft My app got rejected just now for having the word "spotify" in the description. I appealed it since there is no way I can advertise an app made for spotify without the word spotify.

@Borowscy Wow, thanks a lot for your app ! v1.03 still crashes 2 seconds after loading my playlists (on GS6, I have many Playlists and subfolders).

I would suggest to rename the app to Spotiorder ? I think it would be a bit easier for the people to find and intuitively understand what is is about.

@chuckkk-bass Once they publish version 1.0.4 there shouldn't be an issue. The name will also be changed to "Plestle".
