Clear play queue

I have to restart my spotify when I accendently start a song from a search instead of adding it to the queue (happens often to me), would be lovely if there would be a clear button for all the songs added to the queue by spotify it self.

You should add a clear queue button to the android phone app.  We should not have to pick and choose songs individually to remove or add to our queue.

And where is that button for android? Too hard to code?

I'm using the latest desktop client on MacOS and I do not see a "Clear" option anywhere on the Play Queue page. What am I missing? How is do I clear my queue completely in one action versus having to remove individual songs?

On Windows it's only possible to delete tracks next in queue, but not next tracks 😉

At least you can use ctrl + a to mark everything 😉

No, there is not actually a CLEAR button, so your "Solved" is incorrect. It's now a year later. Still no button. This is an infuriatingly basic function. Latest version, Mac OS.

To make it even worse, when you select one song, you can "Remove from Queue." But if you Command-A to select all of the the tracks in the queue, you can't do it. So you've given us no way to do it.

and at the monthly price it seems they could afford some developer time. unless there's another reason, such as deals with distributors to ,ake deletions more difficult.

A range of songs keeps coming back all the time in the play queue. They pop op at the end of the play queue while playing from a (large) playlist. Even when I start up Spotify again. I Can not delete these songs.

This is happening on desktop and IOS.
