Picture on Profile

I would like to suugest the option of adding our own pictures or avitars WITHOUT linking it to our Facebook accounts.

I know there are some of us that were fortunate enough to get Spotify before it linked with Facebook and I would love to add my picture on the account page.

Wow... Something so simple....  Yet thrown on hold... How are they going to let people sign up with a user name yet not let them add a pic. At lest a differtent avatar or something... not just a black box that looks like someone taking Illustator 101 drew.....

Really, spotify? 10€ a month and you don't allow us to use custom  profile pictures? As a developer I know what it means to prioritize features, but this is hardly a week's worth of programming and testing. Please, just implement this already...

i do agree! i think you should be able to upload photos from your computer, and use it as your spotify profile picture

I would like to have a customized profile picture at Spotify (i.e. a simple, small avatar, just like at Last.fm) without having to be linked with a Facebook account (which is irrelevant by the way).
I believe this is quite easy technically, and it's just a matter of a pending company decision. A solution in this matter would be appreciated.

Requiring Facebook for this is sad.  I don't ever go on Facebook anymore.  Why should Spotify force me to?

Hello Spotify, one more use case to convince you guys to add this relativey simple feature:

Customer of mine is HUGE in music, they want to make Spotify the core of their business ... and now you want to make a FAKE FACEBOOK account to just be able to get their profile pic updated ... get real! Especially if you want to engage with corporate customers (and make a lot of money).

A muffin cooking web should  have this option and not spotify? really? I just want to say that I'm amazed that when I was looking today for this option I could'nt find it, I thought I was stupid not finding it, I've never thought that this wasn't even an option, and the premium members can' t do it? Incredible guys
