Add Bit-Perfect Playback (WASAPI Exclusive Mode) on Windows

Now that Spotify Premium offers lossless streaming, it’s time to unlock its full potential for Windows users.

Currently, the Windows app routes audio through the system mixer, which can alter the signal (resampling, volume control, etc.). To deliver true bit-perfect lossless audio, we need a WASAPI exclusive mode option (similar to what Tidal, Qobuz, and others provide).

This feature would:

• Ensure the audio stream is delivered untouched to the DAC.
• Allow audiophiles and Hi-Fi users to enjoy Spotify at its highest fidelity.
• Make Spotify a true alternative to other lossless services for critical listening on Windows.

Bit Perfect streaming Should be added to all platforms to be honest not just Windows because I only really listen to music on my Hiby R4 X Evangelion Limited Edition Digital Audio Player so it would be pretty useless for me if it was only added to Windows

Currently, there is lossless music available, and on Windows operating systems, ASIO/WASAPI exclusive mode can be used—for example, iTunes allows you to choose either Direct Sound or Windows Audio Session. Apple Music already supports this method. I sincerely hope Spotify can also implement a way to connect directly to the DAC, bypassing the OS mixing mode, so that lossless music can deliver higher quality sound. I hope this mode can be developed.
