Add a Quick “Stop After This Track” Option

Sometimes you want to finish the song that is currently playing, but you don’t want Spotify to continue with the next track, autoplay, or the rest of the queue.
Right now the only workaround is using the Sleep Timer, which requires opening the menu and selecting a time. That makes a very simple action unnecessarily slow.
It would be helpful to have a quick option to stop playback after the current track finishes.
One possible implementation could be a long-press on the Pause button (or another quick action in the player) that offers options like:

• Stop after this track
• Stop after queue
• Sleep timer

This would allow listeners to quickly end a listening session without interrupting the current song. The functionality conceptually already exists through Sleep Timer, but exposing a simple “Stop after this track” action directly in the player would make the experience much faster and more intuitive.

You should just be able to turn off ”Next from” in the queue so it doesn't autoplay

I completely agree and honestly the lack of this feature makes me highly likely to switch to a different service. Me like many others play songs to fit how we’re feeling emotionally and what we need to focus on each moment. Suddenly having songs that don’t fit the moment can interrupt our focus and has led me and others to have unnecessary stress bracing ourselves to pause the track right on time before the next one starts. I’ve tried all the turn off autoplay features and it simply does not do what we need it to do.

Hey here's a workaround I found. (though if you still want to switch
services to stick it to the man, you totally should.) Search for the track
“10 hours of silence” and que that baby up. Solved!

There is the sleep timer -> select end of song.

but I very much agree with the opening post: This feature is lacking. OBVIOSULY!
we need a hotkey for this!

There's a reddit thread that goes back 9 years. Two years ago I posted there a similar idea in this very community here - it's not reachable anymore, I guess it was deleted.
