Add support of Kazakh language for Spotify

Hey! I am suggesting to support Spotify in Kazakh language.

Spotify is available in Kazakhstan and many people in Kazakhstan love to use Spotify to listen to music and some parts are already localized in Kazakh (like charts). 

So I think it would be a great addition to have Spotify app in Kazakh.

Hope this request would be considered for implementation.

add kazakh language if you care about minorities like number of premium users in our country. It would have been good advertisement of spotify in our country
